Good morning all. It’s been a while for me but I’ve been pretty busy around the house here. I was able to get out a few times and had a few small yearlings that I passed on, but it was nice being able to get out and unwind for a while. All that to say this. Preston, great job and thank you for taking on the battle to keep this place alive. I sometimes think people forget just how great we’ve got it here. I love this place and thanks to you sir, we still have it to enjoy. Way to go Pres. Also, Cassius, sorry for the delayed Congrats. No pics? I hope to see you at the EOY feast. Thank invite to the EOY is to all members. Please make an effort to attend. It’s a great time and great food. This clubs not just a place to hunt, it’s also a place we can talk about one of the great opportunities we have here, HUNTING! Pass along some knowledge. Share you hunts and the excitement you experienced with everyone. Hope to see a big crowd.

Ladies and Gentlemen - drum roll please... the news you have all been waiting for!! AFCEC HQ in San Antonio has completed an Informal Value Assessment of the square footage we occupy. It was assessed at approx $600 annually. They also valued our annual services at equal to the land value (LoL). AFCEC Andrews will be completing a legel instrument that enables us to operate in 5 year increments, at a rate of $600/year offset by our services. Due to the square footage and value assessment, this authority lies with the Installation Commander, and as stated above, good for 5 years at a time. Bottom line - we have a club for a minimum of 5 years with a process in place to hopefully make it for another 27. Thank you all for your patience and support - looking forward to seeing you all at the EOY feast!!!! Your loyal President- Preston Holt

There is a trail camera in 12a just inside of the woods aby the field. When you check it could you see if the buck I hit is on it. There should be snow on the ground and probably a picture of me tracking it the next day. It was probably with several other deer and I hit it on the right side
