By completing and submitting this form I declare that I have read, understand, and agree to the B2 rules for hunting whitetail deer, turkey, scouting, work details, and any other activity conducted at the Brandywine and/or Davidsonville Communication sites as a member of the B2 program. I acknowledge that any violation or unsafe act as determined by the B2 Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, or Communication site personnel could result in my immediate removal from the program with no refund. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from my actions as a member of the B2 program, and fully understand and agree that I am participating at my own risk. Additionally, I agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify the Government and its officers, agents, and employees against liability, including cost, for any injury, or damage to me or my property, or any third parties, that arise as a result of my negligence, or the negligence of third parties.
